From June 11 to 14, the new edition of the Guijuelo (Salamanca,Spain) Meat Industry Fair took place, an event that has established itself as the most important event within the iberian pork sector in our country, since this year it has more and more visitors, not only from the province of Salamanca, but also from the rest of Spain. This year's event has been very interesting due to the quality of the people who attended the fair, which shows that it is an increasingly professional sector.
